HDMI transfers audio digitally, which means it will be raw and uncompressed. (Before connecting soundbar via HDMI please make sure your tv support HDMI ARC audio output )
Q: What can I do if there is no sound when I connect the soundbar with my TV?
A: 1. Trying to turn your TV speakers off;
2. Please change your TV audio output to PCM;
3. Please try different connecting modes.
Q: Does this Soundbar support Dolby Audio?
A: This soundbar for TV does not support Dolby Sound and DTS. If there is no sound while playing on Netflix, Prime, etc., you need to find the Audio setting option and select Stereo instead of Dolby.
