If the water level is not enough, you need to hang up the float to the “ON” position and make it manually controlled. Just be careful to dry running with this mode.	Min Residual Water Level for Manual Mode Pump water down to 5 cm/0.2″ in by Manual Mode. If the water level is not enough, you can choose manual control. Just be careful to dry running with this mode.	Performance Data The maximum output with 1.5″ discharge port is 2100 GPH. We always suggest to use biggest discharge port and larger hose in order to have optimum performance??/u>


Reliable and Durable The main seal has a Oil Chamber which minimizes friction between mechanical seal and shaft, which gives pump longer duration. Thermal overload protection prevents motor burn because of dry running or impeller block, which will ensure effective pumping and longer lifetime.	Solid Passage The pump is designed also to work with dirty water. Its Max solid passage is 25 mm/1″. So it will be suitable for mostly water conditions for your daily domestic application. Small sand, some muddy water, or particle all can pass through the pump. Don’t use the pump for any salt water, chemical or acid liquid, it may reduce the lifetime of pump.	Setting ON/OFF Operating Point The ON/OFF operating point of the pump can be readjusted by extending the cord of the float switch. Raise the float switch carefully and check if the pump switches on then lower it again to check if the pump switch off before pumping water. The distance between the float switch and the pump should not be too small since the switch should be able to move freely. Also make sure that the float switch does not touch the floor.

Tips:

The float switch can be disabled by attaching it on its side slot, so that the pump becomes manually control. With manual mode, pump can drain water as low as possible.
If you want the flow be bigger, the height of the water that you pump out should be lower, and using the 1.5inch discharge port.
The bigger the flow is, the wider the outlet should be.
Before starting, tilt the pump to remove all air and wait for 15 seconds.
If the water level is not enough height for float switch freely floating, you can hook up the floater at “ON” position, pump can still work, which means manual operation, but make sure that you never let pump be dry running. Otherwise you risk motor to be burned.
