Ingredients
- 3 oz flavored gelatin
- 1 oz unflavored gelatin
- 1/3 cup of cold water
- 1/3 tsp of malic acid
How To Make
Gummy Bears with Malic Acid
Ingredients on the right
- Spray non-stick cooking spray on to a paper towel and rub lightly against gummy bear mold and make sure thin layer of oil is left behind
- Mix both type of gelatins , malic acid and water together in a small bowl and whisk them together.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes for gelatin to soften
- Place the bowl in microwave for 40 seconds then stir well.Do this twice until the sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved.
- Pour mixture in gummy bear mold, place the mold in fridge for 30 minutes
- Remove from fridge and enjoy.
