Grown with Care Our coffee beans are grown in the most renowned coffee regions of Central and South America ?C carefully selected by our coffee masters for the diverse flavours and characteristics they bring to our blends.	Premium Arabica We use only Premium Arabica beans because only the best will do. But that??s just the beginning. Ripe coffee cherries are selected for peak freshness and flavour. Once the sun-dried beans are ready, we meticulously sort and grade every single one to assure only the finestmake the cut.	Our Signature Blend Tim Hortons Original has not changed in over fifty years, and is such a secret that only three people (and we??re not telling who) know the recipe. To ensure that our coffee tastes the same from one cup to the next, our coffee team tastes more than five hundred cups per day.	The Art of Roasting If blending is the art of coffee, then roasting is the science. We roast our own beans at Tim Hortons Roastery locations in Ancaster, Ontario and Rochester, New York. Rotating drums are carefully calibrated to roast each blend for different lengths of time, and at different temperatures to get the flavour just right.
