Ingredients
- 7 large lemons
- 500g sugar
- 15g tartaric acid
- Water or sparkling water
How To Make
Classic Lemonade
Simple summertime drink
- Wash lemons and peel
- Simmer the rinds in 500ml water for 10-15 min
- Squeeze the fruit and pour through a sieve into the pan
- Continue simmering for 10 min
- Add sugar and simmer for 5 min
- Let cool and add tartaric acid
- Let sit for at least 3 hours and serve with water or sparkling water
