2. Switch to another end (the screw extractor) to unscrew the damaged screw.

?Drill with smaller than screw bit in order to avoid loosing.
? If the cone bit just goes round and round (anticlockwise) without gripping anything maybe have two possibilities:
1. the hole you drilled is not deep enough so the extractor cannot grip the inside screw thread.
2. if the material of the item that is nailed into is metal, it will not work.
?Some customers reflect that it is more suitable for regular metal screw than stainless steel screw.
