About Us
HoldTheCarbs Founder and CEO, Viktoria Brown, is an avid marathon runner and ironman triathelete.
After having three children, Viktoria found herself wanting to lose a few extra pounds. She started a low carb, high protein diet, but after a few months, she got bored of drinking protein shakes for dinner every day. She wanted to enjoy things like muffins, pancakes and pizza again, but couldn’t find any products that were low in carbohydrates and high enough in protein to fit her diet.
So, she started experimenting in her kitchen and came up with a line of products that could be consumed any time of the day guilt-free and were incredibly delicious. And that’s how HoldTheCarbs was born!
