Knife sharpening tutorial for beginners
-Before the sharpening stone is used, it shall be put into the water for about 5-10 minutes until there are no bubbles come out.
-The blade shall point in your direction. Please grind the blade from its edge. Keep the angle between the sharpening stone and the blade at 15-20 degrees. Attention: ??Please touch the blade with your finger after grinding several times. If it gets stuck, please finish grinding.??
-Grind the middle of the blade and sharpen it several times, then, touch it with your finger and check the blade, and then return you finger.
-Grind the lower jaw. Don’t grind too hard, just grind lightly.
-Grind the back
-Grind the blade until the whole blade has become smooth when you touch the blade with your finger.
