Metal Thumbscrew & Mouth The drain auger offers an upgraded metal mouth to reduce wear, an easy to use stop screw to secure the cable in place. Tighten the thumbscrew and turn the drum clockwise using the knod. This will force the Snake to go further into your drain pipe causing a cleaning action. Loosen the thumbscrew, then you can pull the cable out of the auger drum, or push the cable back into the auger drum as you go.	Ergonomic Handle Design The pipe snake features a center-balanced grip that helps improve control and offers a comfortable operation. What’s more, it is an anti-skid handle that will cost the least effort when unclogging. It is great for beginner and master plumbers as well.	High Impact ABS Drum Housing The drain augers are made of high-quality ABS and the cable is made of heavy-duty carbon steel. After using and drying the snake, you can feed the cable back into the drum to keep it tidy. Never have to worry about the long springs will cause a mess.

Easy to Unclog A Clogged Drain: repeat the step 1-4 process as needed until the clog is cleared


Step 1 Loosen the thumbscrew and slowly push the cable into the drain, shove as much in as you can before it stops.	Step 2 Once the cable stops moving forward when it through the P-trap, the U-shaped section of pipe under the sink, or at any other bend or obstacles in the pipe, tighten the thumbscrew.	Step 3 Turn the drum clockwise. A couple of turns should help the auger end get through the bends in the drain. This will force the cable to go further into your drain pipe causing a cleaning action.	Step 4 Loosen the thumbscrew and pull the snake back out of the drain. The cable may have a large hair clog stuck to its end when it comes out of the drain. It’s also a good idea to wipe off the snake with a rag as you slide it into the drum.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Some sinks you may need to remove the drain hole cover or undo the p-trap if there is a drain strainer stopper that could not be detachable.
This drain auger is not specially designed to unclog a toilet blockage. Do not use it on the toilet, it may scratch the delicate porcelain of bowl.
The cable is not anchored to the auger drum and does not let it out all of the ways in case of falling it into the pipe or drain. If you have pulled it all out of the drum, just feed it back.
Don’t snake a drain if you’ve poured drain cleaners into the sink. The chemicals can cause serious burns if they splash on your skin. We recommend using our sink snake first when the water in your kitchen sink won’t drain or drains slowly.
