- NOTE: You will find some scratches on the screen of the caliper when you receive it, please be assured that it was not the used item. A thin plastic film is attached to the surface of the screen to prevent damage, that’s why it looked scratched. Once the film removed, all was perfect!
THE SIMPLE TASK – CHANGE THE BATTERY FROM THE BACK
- To replace the battery, please turn the caliper over so that the LCD Display is facing down, the slider clamp screw is facing toward you(down) and the thumb roller up.
- Using the provided mini screwdriver, remove the screw on the same side as the slider clamp screw( Do not to lose the screw since it’s so small).
- Once the screw is removed, the battery cover on the oppsite side will come loose and the battery will easily come out, then replace the new battery.
- Replace cover and hold it in place, re-insert the screw and tighten.
