- To Prevent Clogging:
1.Before you insert Filament refills, please make sure the filament refills in Please keep make sure the head and tail of filament refills smoothly. And use scissors cut the not sooth part if necessary.
2.Please do not use Refills to the end. When Refills are still exposed to the pen for a short period, please unload the wire and do not use this piece of wire again.Because the end of the wire is left in the pen, if it does not exit in time, it will cause blockage.
When stop to use the pen , press the unload button to return the filament refills if you can see the filament refills. After finishing using, please draw out the remaining Refills, and store the pen and Refills separately to prevent the Refills from clogging the pen .
3. If filament wasn??t removed after previous use, re-heat the pen then press the feed button. Do not press the ??back?? button.
