Why No Power?
1. Make sure your V7 battery replacement has a charge.
2. Check the V7 replacement battery casing isn’t cracked or damaged.
Warm Notes:
1). A new battery will only be partially charged and please recharge the batteries fully before use. After 2-3 times regular use (charge/discharge), the battery can be fully activated and achieve optimum performance.
2). To help prolong battery life, please use standard mode first in everyday use, MAX mode will shorten use time.
3). The vacuum cleaner would stop running temporarily when the battery is too hot. Avoid recharging immediately after a full discharge, please let it cool down 5-10 minutes, and it would start running again.
4). If it doesn’t use for a long time, the battery will self-discharge, please fully charge it before use. We recommend charging it every 2-3 months to prevent irreversible capacity loss caused by self-discharge.
5). Keep the battery Clean before the charge, store the battery in cool, dry and well-ventilated at 3℃~20?? Away from heat and metal objects.
6). Intermittent operations of the vacuum cleaner are blocked. Please check whether or not the main unit, long rod, and tip are blocked and clean them.
