If you want the name in ALL CAPS please specify the Regular font. ALL CAPS does not work very well with Script style text. If you choose Script text style and write the name in ALL CAPS it will be produced with the first letter in capital and the rest of characters in small letters.
The text is laser-marked on the surface of the tag and not printed or painted. The laser affects the surface layer to change its colour.
